There are a variety of ways to get images attached to your posts. At this point you will need to use a service like one of these:
Upload your image to one of those services and look for the direct link. Use the image icon in the text editor and paste the url you received from the image hosting service.
In the future we may consider hosting images in a different way but for now the external image host is the way we are going to do it.
